Mark Walker is an internationally respected session musician, arranger, producer and musical director whose career has taken him across the globe. He has toured extensively throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, the United States, Japan and Australia, performing with many of the world’s most celebrated artists.

His credits include work with Eternal, East 17, 5ive, CeCe Peniston, Candi Staton, All Saints, Mark Morrison, Omar, Gloria Gaynor, Jocelyn Brown, Drizabone, Blue, Damage, Ronan Keating, Gabrielle, Jessie J, Sugababes, Corinne Bailey Rae, CeeLo Green, Kelly Rowland, Shalamar, Westlife and Alexander O’Neal – to name just a selection. Mark continues to perform with artists such as Beverley Knight and The Legendary Jacksons, and has appeared on major tours supporting Lionel Richie and Stevie Wonder.

A defining moment in Mark’s career came in 1999, when he shared the stage with Luther Vandross himself at Munich Stadium during the Michael Jackson & Friends charity concert, alongside artists including Luciano Pavarotti. That experience left a lasting impression and deepened his respect for Luther’s musical legacy.

Mark is honoured to serve as Musical Director for Harry Cambridge and Luther UK, where he recreates the unmistakable sound, sophistication and soul that Luther Vandross brought to the world – with total authenticity and respect.
